These condos do sound like a really good deal. There are lots of nice amenities in the complex that I am sure will attract a lot of potential customers. I just wonder how you can offer no down payment and zero interest. Isn't that extremely risky as many could just make short term deals and leave you in the lurch after wards. I admire your business spirit in taking such a risk.
