There seems to have an increase in the cases of foreclosure and I think it is important that proper actions should be taken in order to lessen this case. The seller and the buyer must have a fixed agreement on buying a property in order to avoid cases of foreclosure. I think the creation of the waiver that was in the post will make it more formal as well.
