| As mentioned in the article, one option when facing a foreclosure to save some of your credit is just to sell the property. If you can find a buyer, then that would surely ease the burden of facing foreclosure. Some turn to a short sale transaction where an agent or negotiator will arrange a settlement with your lender and help you find a buyer. I don't know how feasible this is but you just make sure to read the fine details of the transaction documents. |
