| A chance to invest properties in a top tourist spot in the Philippines Hi, is there someone here who wants to invest in a condo-tel located in one of the best beaches in the Phlippines (Boracay).If you don't know anything about Boracay, you can search it in google. For only $154, 000 you can have a luxurious condo unit in Boracay. If you are away from the Philippines, your unit can be converted to hotel room which is being managed by the company itself. It will earn income even if you are not doing anything. However, this is only optional and If you don't like it to be rented, then it is ok. FYI: There are only few properties that is being sold in Boracay. We are lucky we have titled condo units in one of the most amazing spots in the wold! If you are interested, just let me know. |
| that would be 6.4 million plus in your currency, right? that is a good deal you have there i suppose, since some of the properties in that place are sold for 70 millions. where is it located? how many square meters is the exact measurement of the whole property? can you give me a sketch or a link of the virtual tour to your property? because I really am fascinated with your offer. |
