Condo-tel for sale in Boracay

I know a condo unit in Boracay Philippines that is for sale. Even foreigners are welcome to invest in this project. If you don't know, Boracay is one of the most outstanding tourist spot in the Philippines.

I know that Boracay is one of the greatest beaches not only in the Philippines but probably in the world. But I think it is best for local residents to buy that real property in Boracay instead of foreigners. At least, if a Filipino buys it, he can use it for his business and the earnings go to him and the local community. Boracay is probably one of the best places in the Philippines to own a property.
