| Good things mortgage lending rates are falling however the world doesn't stop in your backyard. I live in Japan and the interest rate quoted in the above article would make people laugh. Normal interest rates here are between 3-4% maximum. Anything higher then that no one here would tolerate regardless of whatever economic conditions are out there. |
