| I do not know if I agree with so much money being paid to the buyer from the seller if he or she is failing to leave his property on time. It seems a bit extreme that every hour can cost hundreds of dollars, when it was his property to begin with. What if it is a forced sale and the seller has no where to go with his family and it is a matter of going out on the street? |
