DHA Valley 8 Marla Plot for Sale

My 8 Marla plot location is: Plot 86, Street 12, Marigold Block, DHA Valley, Islamabad, Pakistan. I have paid 9 installments out of 12 installments and deposited Rs. 714, 500 to DHA against this plot so far. My demand is Rs. 700, 000. Payments details are:

Initial Down Payment: 63, 000

9 Installments (69, 000 x 9): 621, 000

Membership Fee: 27, 500

File Open Fee: 3, 000

Total Paid so far: Rs. 714, 500

Final Demand: Rs. 700, 000

Transfer procedure is very simple. You just need to purchase Open Certificate and Original Payment Receipts from me and then you can transfer this plot to your own name any time you like. Please don't hesitate to contact me for further information.
