If I were a real estate agent I would do the same thing. this is called preparedness. Being prepared for the job that is at hand because it is gonna be 100% sure that they will be seeing these listings. so why not be prepared ? anyway this is in the job description or if not, i am quite sure it is in the tricks of the trade of real estate business.
