Are the installment terms for houses there in Pakistan really that limited? Just 18 months? Aren't installment terms for homes supposed to be a lot longer than that.

In the Philippines, the installment terms for homes range anywhere from 5 years to pay up to 30 years to pay, depending on the real estate owner. Of course, those that are 30 years to pay are most covered by the government housing office.
