I am Dong Ho currently living in Hochiminh city, Vietnam.I have an apartment in PhucThinh building and would like to rent it for longterm contract ( equal or over 1 year).

Here is some details:

**3 bedrooms, 2WC ( 1 room WC en-suite) , 1 kitchen 1 living room (shared space)

**Fully furnished (Beds, chairs, tables, make up table, shelves, wardrobes, air conditioners, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, wireless router, tv, fridge, ...)

Near center district 1 only 1mins by motorbike, hospital, market, school.

I'm sure you won't have a hard time getting a tenant for your apartment because of its good location. I love district 1 of Ho Chi Minh City although I was initially scared of all those motorcycles in the city. But I enjoyed shopping there and the food is also delicious. I am scheduled to go back to Ho Chi Minh City by the end of this year and I'm so excited about it.
