If you have much money or if you get a mortgage I think it is really ideal to purchase a direct real estate property. But I still prefer rent to own where I can only pay a little amount every month and I can own the property after few years. I think this is more convenient for someone who only receives a small income but desires to buy own house.

Right, I agreed with you Marynor. You are right that when a person has low source of income, then he generally required a home on rent.
